Looking for all the best cooking supplies for your kitchen? We try to stock it all, but if we don't have what you want, we'll get try to get it for you. We carry All Clad, Le Creuset and Viking cookware, Henckels, Wusthof, Viking, and Global cutlery, plus many lines of specialty tools. Our kitchen accessory selection is the best in town and we can recommend the right tool for any job - just ask!
GOURMET FOODS:
We carry several great lines of gourmet foods, including Robert Rothschild and Stonewall Kitchens. We also have Neilson Massey vanilla, Wind and Willow cheese ball mixes, Dr. Pete's sauce, and many delicious mustards, sauces, olives, and more.
COOKING CLASSES:
We have a wonderful cooking class schedule for all types of cooks--from beginner to gourmet. New classes are posted monthly. Our chefs range from local restaurant chefs to all sorts of specialty cooks. We take only eight or nine students per class, so sign up quickly if you find a class you'd like to attend. As classes fill, new dates are added, so monitor the schedule often for additional times. Choose one class or all of them!
SERVICES:
We offer knife sharpening at very reasonable prices. Almost any knife can be sharpened almost as good as new! Same or next day service usually available. (We cannot sharpen serrated knives and knives made by Cutco.)
We offer free gift wrapping! Pick out that special gift for your special someone and we'll wrap it for you!
We offer an informal bridal registry. At the Panhandler, brides-to-be can pick out unique and fun gifts which are sure to be enjoyed for a lifetime! Just come in and fill out our "wish book" and we'll do the rest for you!
